If you are not 100% satisfied with your goods, please email us within 14 days of purchase. 

We can exchange or refund your purchase (less shipping) if goods are unused in the same condition they were sent. Unfortunately, used products cannot be returned or refunded. 

In the event of your package arriving damaged, you may return it, unused for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping). Please take pictures and email us at tinnockfarmtipperary@gmail.com.

We aim to ship within 2-3 days. If you items haven't arrived within a week, please get in touch.
